shops. However, the noise levels were concerning at night, making it hard to sleep. The room was clean but lacked soundproofing. I appreciated the friendly staff, but the mattress needed replacement for comfort.

Thin walls. disruptive stomping from the room above and constant door slamming affected sleep quality. Reception's response didn't resolve noise complaints.

Location is convenient, though the view was obstructed by a nearby Red Roof Inn. The room was clean and featured laminate flooring, which I appreciated. Breakfast offered a nice variety, including eggs and pancakes, but I wish the mattress situation had been resolved better. We had issues with bloodstains on the mattress, leaving me uneasy and disappointed with the lack of immediate solutions offered by the staff. Despite enjoying some aspects, it was overshadowed by this serious concern.
